OAK,
also those big weeping willows, as good for headaches if you sit under one,

and when will you start to ask question using full English rather than abbreviations, or slang?

A Magnolia. I lived in North Carolina until I was 6 and we had this massive Magnolia in the back yard. I used to love to climb up into it and pick the huge white blooms. I'd sniff and sniff them, then tear all the leaves off and use the big center to throw at my brother, heh. To this day, I can smell a Magnolia and it just takes me back to being 5 years old with not a care in the world.

I love a weeping willow tree cause I have fond memories of swinging on the branches as a child with my cousins. we would grab a handfull of willow branches and run and swing out on them. Hours of free, good, clean fun. Now a days you couldn't get kids outside to do anything. they complain too hot to cold to this too that. They grow easy too. just take a willow branch and shove it into the ground. Well at least that's how my Grandma grew the big one that was in her front yard.

Acer griseum ( paperbark maple) is a superb garden tree, with stunning colour in the autumn and peeling bark which reveals new mahogany coloured bark beneath.

Willow - it looks so graceful when the wind is blowing the fronds back and forth, and they seem to lean down into the water to sip.

That and my nickname is Willow, surname Will.
