Well, if you wannna reduce your weight, try changing your eating habits. Eat healthier foods. Have a light snack in between meals. Start a work-out routine. For the tummy, I really like the ab lounge. It not only works your upper and lower abs, but it also works you obliques (side of waist). Good Luck

Some women have a flat stomach but then again others don't. It's very normal not to have a flat stomach though... Every woman has their own body shape and is unique. It's also quite normal to have a bigger tummy after eating and to wake up the next morning fine. Having a flat stomach all depends on how much you eat, on your diet and also how much exercise you do... It can also depend on your family genes. If you want a flat stomach, you could try doing regular sit ups daily - it strengthens your core muscles... A good diet for a flat stomach would be to eat lots of veg and fruit (healthy things) and not too much sugary, fatty foods - I know you don't want suggestions for diets but I included it anyway! Do exercise with the tummy tuck machine for thirty minutes in the morning daily. Your stomach should become flat in just 6 months especially if you also take more vegetables, fruits and curd.

Find from height-weight chart, how much you need to reduce.
The keep walking 15 minuted twice daily. Reduce cereals(chapati/rice ) at night. Reduce 1 kg in a month. don't rush.
