A judge is someone we pay to make decisions when we're not in a position to make them ourselves. And any judge will be the first to tell you that he's very often unhappy with the choices he's given. In this case, it's clear that the parties involved agreed among themselves that the judge would decide about the burial. Otherwise, the matter wouldn't have been set before him in his court. It couldn't have been real pleasant for anyone.

She definately needs to be buried next to her son---she basically died from a broken heart and I, personally, do not need the medical examiner's final report to tell me that THAT is what killed her. When I heard how she threw herself into Daniel's casket, I was moved to tears. Because I'm a mother and KNOW how I'd hurt if I lost my kid.

I think the judge did a pretty good job. He did a lot of zig-zagging around.... But! If you were paying close attention.... you would've seen that he was after certain information from each party involved. And he got what he was after today. That's why he ended it so abruptly and ultimately assigned Daniellynn's Ad-Litem attorney to be in charge of her momma's body. Which is something he could've done in the beginning. I think he wanted to make the fairest decision possible and he needed to ask the questions he asked. The judge did leave the final decision to that attorney. However, he strongly urged him and all parties involved to let that woman be buried next to the son she loved so much. AND he did so through his own tears.

I hear people making lite of it and thinking it was fake. Come on now, the man was clearly moved by Anna's love for her son and the fact that such a horrible tragedy befell both of them. All because the poor girl did not have a good support system around her. That's heartbreaking stuff and only Shakespeare could've conjured up something like it.

Stern probably did/does love her. But like the judge said---he became Anna's enabler. And so were all of those friends and associates that were close to her-- the ones that should've been telling her to get a grip of herself and get some help. They failed her. And now they will have to live with it.

I believe the truth of WHO the daddy is also came out this week and now there only needs to be some proof. I was actually happy to see Stern and Birkhead joined together at the end of the day. We'll see how long this last... And if either has the ability to make the baby the most important thing in their lives. If Birkhead is the dad, I would like to see him raise his baby. However, Stern was obviously important to Anna and to this baby... Or Anna wouldn't have had him around for so long and basically took care of him. So, I do hope the truce holds up and hard feelings are thrown to the wayside. Ultimately, I do think a healthy Anna may've wanted that. That's my 2 cents worth....lol.... Like everyone else, I can't wait to see what happens next!

I think the whole thing is a farce and she should have been laid to rest next to her son to begin with. She would have wanted that, they were very close. This going to court is silly, the only thing they should be looking into is who is the biological father and I DO NOT believe it is Stern.
If he is the biological father he would have given his DNA from day one..........what is he trying to hide? If you are the dad then prove it.
A lot of money is at stake here and it all goes to that little girl but someone has to be in charge of it until then.
Stern is a smart man, he is a lawyer and knows his laws quite well, I think he set up this whole moving out of the country bit because the laws are so different from ours. Down there it is stated that whoever is on the birth certificate is the real father and I guess it just goes on from there.
It is a sad situation that Anna died so young. She has been through some very tough moments that would make anyone go insane. It has always been heavily rumored that she did drugs but of course it is alway a rumor until admitted and it was finally admitted in court but Stern was an enableler, he was her poison. He could have helped her get better but he just kept her "sick", easier to control.
She loved her son more than anything on this earth and losing him at a time when it should have been the happiest for her is very upsetting for anyone and hard to handle.
I hope and pray that she is fianally at peace but now that poor little baby will never know how special her mother and her brother really were.

I think if noone can decide then a third party that is not for either side should be the deciding factor or nothing would be done and the poor soul would never be able to rest.
I think the father is Birkhead.
I think Birkhead is not acting out on greed of any kind, but Howard is.
Anna Nicole is remembered differently from each person. She is remembered by me by marrying a man that is old enough to be her grandfather for money. There is no doubt in my mind on that.
It did break my heart that she had to lose her son like that in what should of been a joyous time in her life and have to deal with motherhood again and the mixed emotions that come with that. I think she died having a broken heart.

Why is everybody on Howard ! The man stood by her for many
years. When someone is on drugs, u can't make them stop.
I believe he was in it for money at first..what lawyer wouldn't be!!
But they became friends, because he was her confidant...If she
had no reason to trust him, he woulda been history way back. I
do believe he has her best interest at heart. They had a special
relationship...regardless of what people say about him. He kept
her ALIVE. He did not control that woman. She called all the shots. I think Larry is the father. Howard even after Anna's death,
is trying to do what she wanted. Whether he is the father or not.
He was very loyal to her. So, Larry will prolly get the baby, and
Howard will go back to work. And that awful mother will go away.

If you have a bunch of money grubbers (yes Anna was also one and that is what she will always be known for) then yes a judge must be involved to sort things out . I also think they are still doing test trying to determan if there was foul play involved ... Howard K. seems to always be in the wrong place with the wrong reaction at the wrong time . Have you seen what he was like hovering over her in all her interviews. At this point I think people should be more concerned with this baby and her well being .

Yes, that is what our court system is for. I saw an interview with a lawyer who started out in his court as an intern ten years ago and he said that he has always been that way that he was not playing up to the camera. You have to remember he is a probate court judge so he sees a lot of familes in that are grieving the loss of loved ones. When you go to a small claims court or civil you don't usually see people crying, it was a very emotional day.

I think she belongs with her son. She hadn't spoken with her mother in so long. And, yes, a judge should decide on the burial if there is a big dispute over it. Somebody has to make a decision.

That Stern guy has me feeling a bit uneasy... I think he has very bad intentions.
