im 15 and for 2 years my breasts havent grown a bit.im as flat as a board.and started my period 2years ago is this normal?also where can i buy estrogen?Target? Safeway?NobHill?ect.

Trust me. Your chances of finding your souil mate are better if you have smaller breasts. Big boobs have a habit of attracting guys that are um, big boobs. There are plenty of guys out there that go crazy for smaller breasts. In fact, they'll love you all the more for 'em!

You're only 15. Your boobs will most likely keep growing for another 5 years or so. Don't stress about it too much right now.
Later on if nothing much has changed then you can start looking at your options.
For me personally I have found taking the pill has made me go up 1 cup size. So I see that as one of the easier options and less hassle.
But each person is different. For now just wait a while, your time will come :)

Estrogen is not sold over the counter. You are only 15 and your body is still naturally growing. Estrogen is present in birth control pills and patches, and breast growth is an effect that the have, but I dont reccomend taking them because you are so young. Let your body finish naturally growing before you try to enhance it.

Well as a man I do enjoy a nicely curved figure, but give mother time, parts develop when they should. Do not rush things as you grow older you will find there are benefits to being slim and trim rather big and floppy.

I too started way before my umm itty bitty titties did ... but now as an adult I have an ample sized bust. Look around at the women on your mom and dads side, chances are you will take after one side. Just hang in there, and stay off junk....
