ok... i know Eevee evolves in to either Espeon or Umbreon with love, but how can u tell which one its gonna evolve into, and can u control it? how do u control which one it evloves to?

You trade Eevee to Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald to have it evolve into Espeon/Umbreon.
The times (to be more specific) are:
Umbreon: between 6pm and 4am
Espeon: between 4am and 6pm

you CAN tell what it will evolve into. eevee will never, and i repeat, NEVER, evolve into espeon or umbreon in either leaf green or fire red.
the reason why is because espeon and umreon evolve based on time, as well as 'care' level. neither fire nor leaf have a time element. so you need to trade the eevee to ruby, sapphire, or emerald, and then love them on THAT game, then they'll evolve.
if it's daytime, it will be espeon
if it's night, it will be umbreon

im a pokemon master. You must put in battle lots and it wil evolve into umbreon at night and espeon at morning
