Of course, you're allowed to swim in any pool regardless of any hotel in Singapore.
What do you think Singapore is? Singapore is a country of freedom for speech & actions. We're not a racist or nationalist and we welcome each tourist with warmth & respect.
Feel free to swim but of course there will be NO skin-dipping in the pool - just bear that in mind. You wldn't want to be caught swimming naked right?

Yah I don't see the reason why not. Unless you are suffering from an infectious disease that is transmitted through water or you are not a hotel guest then you will be ban from swimming in hotel swimming pools or even common pools.
There are four racial groups in Singapore, including Indians. So I do not see why we should exclude them from these public activities. Go on, enjoy your swim.

Yes anyone irrespective of race can swim in hotel swimming pool provided he or she is staying at the hotel. You also need to wear proper swimming attire.

S'pore is not a racist country. People of any races, religion, or citizanship are allowed to swim in hotels pool unless u r not the residence of the hotel.

Heard a story of an Indian diplomat who swam in somebody (who is well known of course) swimming pool. That somebody had the pool drained and disinfected.

as long as u r not in nude, during opening hours, not doing hanky panky.... u r allow to. no worries... unless u are carrying water infectious disease than pls stay clear of the pool
