I was recently turned down from one place, after paying a $40.00 Application fee, because of a few possession of marijuana charges on my record. I would hate to keep paying those fees for every place I look into only to be rejected.

Unfortunatly for you, most do a background check. You might try off of Olivia Park or maybe one or two of the more run down apartments buildings on Everett Mall Way... most likely you will have to go into North Everett though where its a little more trashy, like near the projects. Any of the apartment complexes built within the last 10 years will probalby reject you because they are run by corporations that outsource the background checking and a lot of them have strict guidelines when it comes to drug convictions.

Get a No Cost Background Check Scan at FREEPEOPLESCAN.COM

Its a sensible way to start. The site allows you to do a no cost scan simply to find out if any sort of data is in existence. A smaller analysis is done without cost. To get a detailed report its a modest payment.

You may not realize how many good reasons there are to try and find out more about the people around you. After all, whether you're talking about new friends, employees, doctors, caretakers for elderly family members, or even significant others, you, as a citizen, have a right to know whether the people you surround yourself with are who they say they are. This goes double in any situation that involves your children, which not only includes teachers and babysitters, but also scout masters, little league coaches and others. Bottom line, if you want to find out more about someone, you should perform a apartment background check.

On E. Marine View Drive and Hawthorne, just before you get to the road that goes across the sloughs to Marysville, there are 3 or 4 apartment complexes. My cousin lives at one and he has a criminal record a mile long. The downside is that it's sort of in the projects.

Just call around on the phone. I would guess that some of the smaller ones, like a house subdivided into apartments might not require a background check. Gives the rest of us some incentive to keep our records clean I guess.
