Due to the RIAA, there are not many websites left that have "free" music. But try Gigatribe. Its free and very secure.

You can use a Program Called Ares, which you download, and then you can download Movies, Music, and heaps of other files off of it. http://aresgalaxy.sourceforge.net , Then click 'Download'. It's pretty straight forward after that.
