right after you have an orgasm? You all openly admit to thinking about sex pretty much constantly, and when you have it you fall asleep right afterwards . . .I just don't understand it. Please explain as detailed as possible what you physically feel like afterwards. It's really frustrating for some of us women who are just getting started and then . . .zzzzzzzzzzz.

Most of the time men are the most active in sex and therefore they burn a lot more calories. This contributes to being tired afterwords.

When I am with my wife it is my ultimate desire to please her. My orgasm is not the most important thing. If it doesn't happen that's okay. I like to extend foreplay or oral for her to help her on her way.

At the beginning I try to focus on her and read her body but when I get close, all of my senses fade into my pelvic area. Then it happens, We think with the little head. It's like the whole world fades away and all that remains is how incredibly wonderful this woman feels. At the time of orgasm it feels like you shook up a coke bottle so much that the pressure caused the cap to explode off. It is a painfully wonderful experience. The explosion hurts but the relief feels so good. It could be described like needing to pee so bad that when you finally do it hurts but is also a relief. This intense pressure build and release is very physically draining.

I have also heard that the sudden release of testosterone causes drowsiness in men.

I hope that helps. Be Blessed.

P.S. would you mind emailing me and explaining what an orgasm feels like for women? My wife is shy and doesn't like to talk about it. just curious.

Its not the testosterone like the other guy said.

A male sexual response cycle is different for a female sexual response cycle. In the animal kingdom, the female of the species is responsible for choosing the male (the healthiest one possible in order to ensure a healthy offspring). So she does not ready herself unless she finds a suitable male. But the male on the other hand should be ready whenever a female is. Thats wht males are designed by mother nature in such a way that they are more easily aroused by visual and vocal stimuli. Now during the act of sex, the biological need of a male is to deposit semen. As soon as that is over he should stop. But the famale on the other hand is built in such a way that she should be able to continue till the act of deposition is occured. So they get excited slowly and cool down slowly as well. This basic reason has made a big difference in the sexual response cycle of males and females.

While the males get excited easily, they also get to their orgasm easily. After the orgasm, what happens is that males go into a refractory period. During which,
They lose their erection
They lose their interest
Their penis becomes extra sensitive

And above all, a hormone called oxytocine is mixed into the blood stream. This is a powerful sedative hormone that makes you feel good, decreases your pains, and brings your body into a sedated state. Due to some reason, women are less afected by this rush and what happens to them is that while men go from excited stage to orgasmic stage and then refractory stage, women come back to the excited stage from the orgasmic stage.

All you have to do now is that you will have to talk to your man about your preferences. We men are not telepathic like mel gibson in 'what women want'. Todays women are expected to have an open openion about their sexual preferences. So tell him to make sure he pleases you as well while he is having fun. And i have a personal advice....never say no to oral sex. Good if you are getting and giving it. But if you aren't, start doing it. Yes it will feel weird at first. But let me tell you one thing....as a woman you are missing the best part of sex if you are not getting one. And dont expect to get one unless you are ready to give one.

men and women have orgasm. we men are easily satisfied after sex is over.that leads to relaxed mood and if it is worth sleeping and nothing to do,we sleep well like kids hugging teddy bear sleep better.if the woman is not yet satisfied and did not get orgasm, then the frustration gets them.they have to be frank to openly ask for the man's help,as no man would refuse to do that ,since he is also getting involved, and further he may have another chance too.try to be frank .thats my advise to women.

Feels relaxed and having a nice shower. So after a successful sex...both can have a god sleep.
