Just Save contacts to your SIM Card.(This Function will be in the Options part of your Contacts Menu)
Eject the card and Place it in your New Cell Phone!

Take the phones to your wireless store. They will hook them together and transfer your contact list. They usually charge $10-15 and it is well worth it for all the time you will save.

Purchase a SIMcard back-up device, it cost only about $5 at BIG MEGA STORE at Harbour Front. The procedure is very simple and it can store up to 2 different SIM Card data

If your phone uses a SIM card, just save all the numbers to the card and use the card on the new phone. Or if your phone has a cable or bluetooth or infrared capabilities, you can transfer it to a computer and then again to the new phone.
Last option is message all your friends giving them the new number (if new) and asking them to call you. ;)
