It seems as if over the years all of my clothes that used to fit don't anymore. I'm convinced that they must have shrunk and was wondering if there is anyway to get them back to their original size.

The only way to get them back to their regular size is to put them on (even though it's a tight fit) and jog 5 miles. Do this everyday for a month. They should be stretched back to normal by then.

If i flow to be at a place for a wk. I many times empty my suitcase & placed it contained in the closet. notably whilst traveling with the babies as i exploit to do. Makes it lots much less confusing to discover issues as each guy or woman could have their own drawer. Having to "dig" around in a suitcase for any length of time gets issues in a single of those mess you could not discover something you're finding for! clearly all makeup and so forth. is placed on the bathing room conceitedness. supplies it extra the sensation of "belonging" & no longer that of a Gypsy...:)

I think you are in denial. People grow out of clothes each year. I have clothes that I bought years ago that don't fit me either. The best thing to do is take all your old clothes to the Goodwill and buy new clothes. No use keeping clothes that don't fit and that are out of style. If you really want to keep them you will have workout and eat right.

they cannot shrink for just being in the drawer, if they shrank due to washing, you can try to add some drops of glycerine or white vinegar in teh water next time you wash them to avoid further shrinking. in the meantime try wearing them ...

I think it's the water. I have to get my shirts that I don't want to shrink laundered because they use filtered water. And they don't shrink.
