hi,i need to know how to fly the skimmer.even if u press w it wont go straight it goes downwards what should i do?????and when im on the mission with skimmer i just get crashed up in the city

PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE!!!! Though I've beaten both the PC and PS2 versions of the game, I can't remember the controls for the PC version. But it's a seaplane which means you can only take off from water, so if you crash or land anywhere else you'll have to retry the mission.

Go to the above link and read one of those guides(don't read the PS2 guides because the controls are different).

Also NEVER save your game if you've used cheats, it messes up your save sometimes and you end up with 99% despite doing everything and you can't get 100%. I'm not sure if it happens in the PC version but my advice is to play the game legitimately, it's easy.

if u play d pc version then the default controls to fly are:
num 9 : fly up
num 6 : fly down
w or up arrow : accelerate
and it needs a lot of practice
