Some states have this people’s powerful right to put some thing in ballot for the vote. If I have a good idea how to get supporters and sponsors. Do I have to have big money and good connection . At this time I do not have both

This is impossible to answer because all states have different methods for getting items placed on an initiative. Check in your state by called the state capital and they send you all the information you need free of charge.

Well, there are two ways to do it:
Have a lot of money available and hire a lot of people to collect signatures, connection not needed.
Have a topic that is involving a lot of people so you can use the internet and free publicity to activate them so volunteers work to coordinate, train, and collect signatures that meet the rules. A lot of people give some or a lot of time and bring it together.
Since an initiative normally results in something being put on the ballot, your success in collecting signatures (some people will sign even if they don't vote or wouldn't vote for the topic) will be some indication of whether it would pass.
