If you really want to kick it up a notch go to the Drug store and get a bottle of Banalg, Muscle Pain Reliever. It will put you in a new window of Heaven. I got mine at the Shop Nurses Station at the place where I worked.

yeah....my friend eric gives the best foot rubs EVER! also when I get a pedicure I get really great foot massages....
whats really awesome is when its in the middle of a winter storm and your feet are freezing cold and wet and you come in for pedi and dip your feet into the toasty warm bubbly water and then get a nice masssage....ahhhhhhhhhhhhh.

Yea, my daughter is a massage therapist & will do my feet & my hands. Called Reflexology and is awesome. Feel tingles all the way up to my brain!!!
