I am a new user to seasonale and im not sure as to how it works...I am most concerned with taking my pills to avoid a certain date (prom...may 25 2007) but i don know if i should take my pills this sunday (feb 25) or the next sunday after my period (march 25) to avoid coming on my period. could someone help me out PLEASE

ok well as you probably know, you only get a period once every three months which is a good chance of missing your important day. so as long as your three months time isnt up and your not due for your period your fine. but if it just so happens you are gunna get your period on one of these days then its fine to renew your next month of pills and take only one from the next next to avoid prom but the day after prom, you need to get right back on track with your periods

You'd probably want to wait until next month but you could just start them now and continue taking active pills until after your prom (ask your doctor first tho). My doctor has been prescribing my birth control this way for years and I have gone up to 6 months without going off the pills and allowing for a period.
