What would a 25 year old see in a 14 year old? He is a sick pervert and I'm sure there are plenty of girls in their twentys that would like to date this older man.
But from the 14 year old's point of view, I think "love" is a strong word to use. She'll realize in the future that it isn't "love", but just a school-girl crush.
I think almost every girl had a crush on an older man when they were younger.
Tell the girl's parents or a teacher at school.

No, it's not ok for a 14 year old girl to be in love with a 25 year old. Because girl's that young don't understand anything much at all and be super annoying.
Like she would call every second and would ask why he can't pick up the phone even though he's at work or sleeping. Argue about retarded stuff. Expects soo much attention. Call like 100x a day, o wait I already said that. Immature. His friend would experience that drama and would try his hardest to break them up.
Yes, I had a friend/roommate who was going out someone at age 14 or lower and they annoyed me soo much that I would hang up his phone when he's talking to her so my ears would stop hurting.
Girls can get attached very easily at that age and wouldn't budge if you ever wanted to get rid of her. And they are easier to get and some guys actually like younger girls because it makes them feel better on bed :P...

No, it isn't okay. That's more than a decade between the two of them! A normal 25 year old would not be interested in a 14 year old. You should tell someone.

Although I don't understand it, I can kinda see how a 14 year old girl might be infatuated with a 25 year old dude.
Having said that, IT IS ABSOLUTELY WRONG, RIDICULOUS, CRAZY, AGAINST THE LAW, DISTURBED, and any other negative word that you can think of to describe a miserable excuse for a 25 year old dude that is trying to hook up with a 14 year old girl. CALL THE POLICE!!!!

as long as he's not some creepy rapist or something then i guess it's fine, but tell her to be careful. theres a lot of psychos out there, and it IS possible to be in love at 14. Love has no age, but seriously tell her to be careful.
