The Wii is a riot. But the PSP does everything you arechoosing between. The psp stores music, plays videos, games, movies,
and it is getting a camera update soo it will take pitures and video.

this is a good question .....
first of all, you have three categories here:
gaming
music and video
digital camera
I would take the digital camera out of the list because you would need a little bit more money to get a digital camera with decent quality photos. don't buy a digital camera without an optical zoom.
now, you have to choose between a video ipod or a gaming system. Think about all the money you are going to spend on games for the system.
As a result, i would definitely buy a video ipod.... you can find one on ebay.
hint: do not spend too much money on accessories.

Well, do a list. Write everything you like and dislike about a device on that list. Now give each reason a score value. Depending how important this reason is, give more points. Add the "good" reasons and subtract the "bad reason" points. This gives each device a special score. Buy the device with your highest personal score.
For example:
pro Wii:
Fun +10
Connects to internet +3
Has Mario Games +5
contra Wii:
Costs more than $216 -15
Final Score Wii: +3
pro iPod:
Plays Music and Videos +5
Great selection of songs from iTunes Music store +3
contra iPod:
only a music player: -2
Music from iTunes Music store can only be played on iPods. -1
Final Score iPod: 5
and so on.

Well, the PSP, aside from playing games, it can also double as a music player and a video player. The PSP can read both MP3 files and Sony's proprietary music format, the ATRAC. But, naturally, the PSP has no camera so it can't take photos. I suggest a PSP and a digital camera

When you save up enough money, you should buy a Wii. $216 is not quite enough but you are not too far behind. A wii is $250 and worth your money. It is loads of fun.

you cant afford any of those....tax well actually a fairly good digi cam mine was about 150 w/ the memory card i think its 5 pixels
