if all africans died from aids, diseases, poverty and war, would europe and the west steal their land?

Europe and the West has already stolen African land -- historically speaking and in reference to present-day politics. To answer your question -- and this is merely my opinion -- I highly doubt that it would come to that and 'what if' questions are very difficult to answer. If every single African died, however, then I suspect there would be some dispute.
The Caribbean, which was largely populated by people from Africa, would have a solid claim on the land. Those continents closest to it would also have the ability to invade, but the Western world probably has a greater 'need' for it and more power to get it, so it probably would end up in their hands, though it wasn't so long ago that they stepped out of Africa.

Yes. The Europeans including Russia, Americans, Eastern Asians first, then the far East (Japan, Korea, China), etc down the list...then a big fight for land and world war.

This is a morbid answer, but if they were all dead, who would the West be stealing from?
It'll never happen, not to mention that their are plenty of African nations that are not having as many problems as others.

They wouldn't have to steal their land. No one would own it. There would probably be a war to take the land if the occupation was not allowed to be peaceful by another country.

definately, and it wouldn't be stealing if there was noone left to own it. But the chances are 0 of everyone dieing in africa, the most devistating plauge of all time only had a 40% mortality rate, and most wars leave at least one side alive...

No way. I’m from Africa. Its just a small part of Africa that is suffering from poverty and war and stuff. The rest of Africa is a first world country. Its only 20 % of Africa that is 3rd world and suffering due to **** government.

That is more or less what happened to the native Americans when they encountered deceases from Europe/Asia/Africa. What happen in the re-settlement of the American continents would be a good guide

Well, since they can't take it with them, I would say the land would be open for whoever was willing to take it. You can't steal from a dead man.....

Very unlikely that that would happen. Africa has a large population and not every single one is suffering from your above ailments.
