It is normal for this to happen, however when trying to conceive it can be bothersome. Yes it is live sperms leaking out although to get pregnant you only really need one so there is definitely still a chance of getting pregnant even if this occurs. In order to give you more chances of conceiving you should try to keep the sperm inside and not leak out.
Here is what one website said to do to keep them from leaking out:
After sex, keep the hips elevated for 15 to 20 minutes; this will prevent extra semen from leaking out and increase the chances of fertilisation

it is not a problem, its normal just try not to go to the toilet for 20 to 30 minutes after sex. healthy sperm under the right conditions would be well on its way to its destination way before the rest of it leaks out.. so don't worry,

This is completely normal. The sperm travel quite fast and get where they need to be. There will always be extra that has to come out and it should not affect your TTC. Good Luck

Any sperm needed to conceive are already on their way to where they need to be. As far as how much of that is sperm is questionable, you have your own discharge as well as the fluid the sperm traveled in.

they ones you need to worry about are on there way home so to speak, the ones that came out are not alive i would think after they are out of the body and air hits them they are gone. try to prop yourself up bottom ended if it becomes to bothersome. good luck!!!
