What kinda legal actions can i take if i feel that there is a breach in mutual trust in starting up of a business and being promised things which i do not get? Or what can i do IN SINGAPORE?

I feel that you should check what is written in the agreement before you pursue the matter. Whatever is stated in the agreement is the condition that both parties have agreed on. If either one party didn't fulfil the requirement, they can be sued. You have to check with the lawyers for more details
