Check any security softwares that might have been blocking that site for you. Or you might have been logged in on the system as a standard user and not as an administrator. You can also check if you have or someone set or activated parental controls on your system. If you are on a network, then probably the IT department might have blocked some websites for security purposes.

Are you on an at work computer?
If so, I'm afraid there is likely little you can do.
If not, you might check under Options, see what might have gotten accidentally re-configured.
