I did about 5 years ago in a bar. Was so drunk, I thought my best move was to sit on a chair, and totally missed it. I think only about 6 or so people were blessed enough to witness it. Still get reminded of it from time to time. Thanks for reminding me again. lol

Did it on the bus once, misjudged the distance and ended up crashing onto the floor on my butt. No one was laughing or pointing and I thought the bus driver was going to have a heart attack worrying about an injury on his bus.
