My 8 month old is teething and has her top 2 front teeth and her 2 bottom teeth coming through. She doesn't like teething rusks and I also tried her on a cold carrot ( fully supervised ) but she was taking small bits off.
Does anyone have any ideas on what I can give her instead?

zwieback toast it is rough and will help the teeth come through the gums and tasty enough to keep the baby interested and it crumbles like regular hard toast to make it safe for babies though you should probably supervise this too or a really cold washcloth same thing with the roughness not a tasty treat but the cold will help with the pain

At the grocery store they should sell in the baby section a mesh like food holder for babies. I think it's made by munchkin, you can put frozen food or just cold food in it and only food small enough to digest by an infant without teeth can make it through. It's a safer way to give whole foods and you can use cold food to ease her gums.

Freeze a baby washcloth. Get a corner wet and stick it in the freezer for a while. Or try wrapping a baby washcloth around an ice cube and letting her suck on that. She won't be able to get pieces off and it should feel better than a teether.
