Often churches are involved in helping small communities in third world countries who are in need. I am sure that you know that this is not something you do in order to make money. Your services will likely need to be donated or expect just enough to help you survive.

Contact some local churches and see if they have any programs and can help you to get started or even sponsor you.

In actual practice, once a country gets The Bomb there isn't much anyone can do about it. Speaking as an American, there is no fairness to be found concerning this, those who already have The Bomb don't want anyone else to have it and those who don't have it can blame us bullies for not letting them have it. If you're talking about Iran, if they become too threatening someone can sink a few ships in their harbors and they will run out of gasoline and toilet paper at the same time. I'm for playing hardball because unlike other nuclear powers, like Russia, China, France or Israel, Iran can't be trusted.
