Watching as a four RBI, four-base hit develops. From the crack of the bat to the sound of the umpire calling, “Safe!” My heart was racing as Dan Wilson rounded the bases, driving in three runs ahead of him. Had it happened against the Yankees, It would have been much more satisfying!
When a pitcher is on his way to pitching a no-hit game, the defense will display extraordinary feats to keep the no-hitter intact. Though not a single play, this is perhaps the most exciting thing to watch in baseball.

The unassisted triple play. I enjoy a good suicide squeeze, but how often is there an unassisted triple play? Almost as often as a perfect game (which is very exciting).

a pitcher going into the late innings with a perfect game or no hitter going is definitely exciting, when it happens.
or any late inning, close game, runners on, game deciding implications situation is good.
also, anything involving outfielders climbing the wall.
or basically anything at any time can be exciting, it's BASEBALL!
