No, i don't think that India can win the world cup without Sourav Ganguly. He is currently playing exceptionally well and has all the capabilities that a true sportsman should have. He has already proved himself in the past few matches. He is playing very well and i think that he will continue as an allrounder in the future also.

I do not consider that any country can win a major tournament only from the contribution of any signle player. Success or failure of any team will be purely depend upon the team effort.
For the success of any team all the players in the team should
contribute consistently. There was a time when India was too much dependent upon Sachin. However India have done well even when he was not available. Hence I do not consider that any team should be over dependent on any particular player and cricket or to that matter all the games are a team game and not of any individual.

I think India has played in his absence They have chased 19 matches or smething without him. But as the proverb goes" New Broom sticks broom well" The new players played their matches well in the begining but as it went they showed they r not upto the mark. it all depends upon the performance of other players. but i say ganguly has to be there in the team as he is experienced and im sure hell guide the younger generation playing for the country. well as of now we know that ganguly is there in the team and lets all hope for the best
