I do not think there is any statutory age for one to leave home in Singapore. There are minimun age impose for purposes of employment and having consensual sex but not in relation to 'leaving home'.

Well if you leave home below the age of 16, it is not an offence but your parents can go to Juvenile Courts to file a complaint [Beyond Parental Control] and if you cannot be found by your parent at the time of filing the complaint, the judge can issue a warrant for your arrest. When that happens, you become a wanted person in Singapore. You can be brought to court in handcuff when police find you.
