I would tie him up and hand him over to the people who had family members that died on 9/11. Let them do what ever the heck they wanted.

I would get out my 9mm shoot him about a dozen times in the upper body, call the FBI and tell them to come pick him up. Then I would call GWB and tell him to send me the 50 million dollar reward. Then , off to Hawaii.

I would tie him to achair and cut off his eyelids and take pictures with the brightest flash possible oh oh maybe even cut off his lips so it looks like he's always smiling in the pictures. then pop his toes with a hammer and tape black cats to his fingers and rub lemon juice all over his wound but in the lemon would be razors, thats it i don't want to give away to much someone might steal my ideas. ; )

i'd shoot him right then and there.....there aren't too many people that I would actually kill but he's is at the top of a very short list....shorter now that saddam is swinging in the breeze....
