I m engaged two days back. i accepted the marriage due to my father's compulsion. every one in my home likes the girl whom i m
going to marry. when i talked to her after my engagement, i find tht she s not of my kind . i plan to marry a girl with more exposure to the outer world. but she seems to be little childish..no matured talking. what shall i do now? my marriage fixed on june. i dont know how to expose this to my parents. i also fear abt the future of the girl. please help me

Don't do what your parents tell you to do only. you have to be mature also and make decisions for yourself, if you don't like this girl, and have nothing in common, then why are you going to marry her? to please your parents? come on, if they love you they will respect your decision too.

Are you an American?I thought fixed marriages were against the law in America.If you are in America just say no,you can marry whoever you want.If your in some foreign country where this is normal then I suggest covering yourself in something really foul smelling something that smells so bad people will notice it a mile away then approach her the day before the marriage and let her get a good wiff of yourself.Scratching yourself a little here and there can only make it better for you.I know I wouldn't want to marry a guy who smells foul and has a scratching problem too.You shouldn't have to marry anybody you don't want to marry.Tell them NO.

What a load of crap! You speak to her once and you think you know her whole life's story. You want a girl with more exposure to the outer world, you find her childish & imature huh! What about you? You haven't even got the balls to take a stand on basically what concerns your whole life. If you don't want to marry the girl put your foot down and tell your folks "NO" politely refuse the girl as well. What's the big deal in that?

the only thing i could suggest is to talk to your parents about your situation. a marrage is floored if one of the partners is unhappy.
