I don't know of anywhere that will pay you for it, but you can donate it. I'm not sure where you live, but at this time, there are only six milk banks in the US (see links below for more information). I think it would be a tremendous gift to be able to provide milk for another baby, if you are able. You will probably have to go through a reputable organization, though, because breastmilk is a live substance and there are a lot of rules and laws governing how you may ship it and they have to make sure that it is not contaminated before giving it to another baby (like make sure you are not on drugs when you pumped or something). I know, it would be nice if you could get paid for it; with my abundant supply I'd be a rich woman LOL !

Breast milk is best given within 2 hours if you put it in a bottle with room temperature. If you put it in a fridge, it could last 4 hours.
In this era, many people doesn't need breastmilk. But in earlier times, where milk is somewhat fancy, many people sell their breastmilk by feeding other people's babies with her breast. The cause of this, is because some people could not breastfeed their babies for some reason. If you want to sell your breastmilk, breastfeed them and charge them for some money. But then again, who would need your breastmilk, even for someone who couldn't breastfeed, if there are lots of milk can be found nowadays.

Not sure about selling, but I think you can donate. I know some one who adopted a little girl who had cancer and the best type of milk for her was breast milk, and because she adopted of course she didnt have any, but she was able to get some donated breast milk from the hospital. Check with your doctor.

You can donate your breastmilk to certain hospitals that provide that service. Be aware, it can be a lengthy process with many forms and matching of same age babies. I have yet to see anyone get paid for it!

You can donate to milk banks and sometimes to hospitals if you know someone who had a preemie and want to designate milk specifically for them, but I don't know of any place that pays for milk.
