i find it hard to open up and shair my feeling with others. I have liked some one for a while now but can find the right things to say. when where together i try to open up but it is like nothing comes out of my mouth. any one alse have this problem? any advice that may help.....

Cause we are scared of rejection...Being let down and hurt. It sucks....But you should always try to communicate despite your insecurities...You may miss a wonderful experience...I missed out on one when I was 16..I still wonder what if... Im now 28

Pretend that you don't have feeling for that person. I've had a crush on a guy for 14 years, and just barely confessed my love for him a few weeks ago. Come to find out he has had the same feelings for me aswell.
And now were talking marriage.
Don't hold back and don't wait 14 years like we did. Go for it! Good Luck! :)

Probably b/c we're afraid to get rejected. If we don't open up to who we care about, then the fear of being rejected can never be realized. But then again neither can the possibility of love.

Many face this problem. When you want to say something and you cannot start just say with without maintaining eye contact with that person. You would be able to start and complete what you wanted to say.

Because when you open up you become completely vulnerable to them...It's hard to put yourself in that position.

its easy to answer this question but its very hard to do this in reality because all people are gone through this...
