The only way is to have your record expunged. Having a record expunged requires a lawyer and to show proof that the record is hindering you from establishing a normal life.

In the case of sex offenses, there needs to be a substantial length of time since the offense was committed.

After a long period of time, the offense can be requested to be expunged from the records when no crime is committed later.
