I'm in California and was wondering is there a law right now that demands you to drive with a person 18 years old or older if you were born after 1992? (For future references)

If you are a minor with a Provisional California Driver license you will find all the restrictions to your driving privilege listed in the California Vehicle Code, Section 12814.6 beginning with sub-section (5) (b). You can find the CVC on line, look it up.
