Ok, so my husband and I were ttc this month. My period came on time, but I had several pos. preg. tests. So either the tests were wrong a.k.a evaporation lines that made them look pos. but they looked like real pos. to me. Or I had a misscarriage. On my 2nd day of bleeding I took two test that came out pos. On the 4th day I took two more, but they were neg. I stopped bleeding after 5 days. Well two days later I had browm spotting when I wiped. My breast have felt a little tender, but not too much more. Usually my brest stop hurting the 2nd day of my period. I'm wondering could I possibly still be pregnant after all? I'm calling the Dr. in the morning, but I'm a lil afraid to, because I don't want to seem stupid. What do you think could be going on? This is a bit weird for me, because I never start spotting again 2 days later after a 5 day period.

well I've read that you can have implantion bleeding. And it possible to be pregnant and still have a period, my aunt had hers til she was 4 months with her 3rd child. Docs know about this stuff becuz they've studied it you haven't that don't make you stupid. I think thats a question you could prolly ask a doc over the phone with out tellin who you are and get a basic answer. But going in is going to be the smartest, surest and hardest way. Good luck.

I had periods with a couple of my kids. One I didn't even find out until I was 17 weeks along and only then because my mother dared me to take the test. You could be pregnant, I'd get a blood test from your Drs office.

I had "normal" periods for the first 4 months of my pregnancy, along with the spotting after I got into my third trimester. I would say it could be very possible that you might be pregnant. I would definitely make that appointment to the doctor. Good Luck = )

It is also very possible to get false positives on a home pregnancy test. If you are using tests of the same brand, from the same batch, you can get more than one false positive. This has happened to me and a few women I know. It is also very common to misscarry around the time you start your period. When ever you have a question or concern, you should call your doctor. It is their job to help educate you on your own health.

You probably did have a miscarriage and it is normal a lot of women don't know when they have a miscarriage. If you start running a fever call your doctor. You should be OK, but it sounds like your worried so do call him. This happened to my daughter but she was a lot farther along 2 1/2 months and had problems. Good Luck

You sound like you are pregnant, but just to be sure please call the doctor. What the doctor will do is possibly do a urine test and definitely a blood test to check out your HCG factor. Blood is very accurate and also see if there is something else going on in your system too. It's better to be safe and go to the doctor.

sounds very confusing. especially with the tests being positive and then all of a sudden negative, could it have been a miscarriage? the brown spotting is not unusual, even if two days later after the period. its brown because its just old blood coming out. PLEASE don't be scared to ask your doctor. its something you deserve to know about. believe me, they have probably heard every concern/question you could ever think of. theyre not there to judge u.

implantation happens within 2 weeks of conception..

but to be sure, try a doctor. he won't think we're stupid. he might also not know the answer unless he conducts some tests in his lab.. :)

good luck! :)

just remember- it is a test, not a diagnosis so there is always room for error on the equipment side as well as the administrators side, there are no stupid questions to your Dr. go see him/her
