What kind of knee damage? Some is caused by poor posture because when your back is not upright it puts a lot of stress on your knees. There are lots of exercises that can help but you need to get a good diagnosis of exactly what is wrong.

There can be many ways for damage to your knees. Injuries, poor posture, and just everyday wear and tear. If you can tolerate the pain then you can work with it. If not Tylenol or Ibuprofen may help. If it gets too severe then seek help from a physician. Good Luck.
