I found one on Chet Day that works quite well - but tastes very nasty....like I said, works well, but curls my toes when I've had to use it....I'm talking wicked witch, Wizard of Oz, curl my toes....lol...but, haven't had a cold or broncitius in 3 yrs!!!....

Chicken soup is the best remedy for a cold and it tastes delicious.

Slice an onion and crush some garlic and a bit of grated ginger in a bowl. Pour about 4 tbs honey over it and leave for an hour, then strain it and add to lemon juice and a bit of hot water and drink it.

warm lemon juice with honey to taste and nibble on dried cranberries they love to kill viruses. and remember "an apple a day keeps the doctor away'!

ginger tea is ok, with eucalyptus or mint
