Have you ever considered that you might have an eating disorder and are not actually overweight? The minimal weight you should be without being underweight is 137lbs.
Now if that's 82kilograms making you 1.8288 meters tall then your weight is on the high end of normal.
But if you really think you need to lose weight then you need to reduce the amount of calories you intake and burn more calories than you intake through an appropriate exercise program.

I'm guessing you forgot a 2 and your weight is 282.
I lost over 40lbs going to the gym 3 times a week and working out for 2 hours. Then also I eat alot better and ignore my chemical brain stimulant that says we need food but we aren't hungry.

You might want to see a therapist. You have an eating disorder, nobody can be 82 pounds and 6 feet tall without a problem.
Unless you had a typo in which case your probably 182. Just exercise and eat healthy.

I'll assume you meant 282 as well. Burn more calories than you consume. Work out 3-4 times a day. Watch what you eat. Most important... be patient
