Very funny--the answer is yes, they take coagulant medications. A female hemophiliac is a very recent thing, as hemophilia is a sex-linked chromosomes. Before modern medical technology, and hemophiliac could only be male, and he would die before he reached reproductive age. A female hemophiliac, therefore, was impossible.

Well firstly, a woman with hemophillia is RARE, secondly hemophiliacs have a protected/medicated lives, and thirdly, I'm assuming you're wondering if she would bleed to death. Well, not all females bleed during sex, first time or not.

However, bleeding aside, there is no reason why this rare girl could not have sex. If she chose to or not is a different question

I don't see why not, first of all not all women bleed when they lose their virginity, second of all just because she would suffer from hemophilia would prevent her from loosing her "cherry".
