I mean pushing your button before your move is finished. Like the time in between picking up your piece and placing it as opposed to pushing it after move placement like your suppose to.

The opponent will hit their clock right away and tell you to finish your move.
If it is done intentionally, the judge can also disqualify you.

so wait, if I pushed my clock while moving my piece? the person would either hit the clock or be flummoxed, then hit the clock, I'd probably gain some sort of penalty, as well.
