I used to prefer sunny days until I moved to the country and made a garden. Then I realized the importance of rain in a real way. So now I live in sunny Florida where rain is a funny thing.
It will rain on one side of the street and not the other or you can be riding down the road on a perfectly clear day and all of the sudden it's like you are going thru a carwash and just as soon over. Then there are the real gully washers like you wouldn't believe. You can't see through those. So now I just leave the weather to God and try to be glad for sun and rain.

I like a good spring rain when the sun still shines bright... It is so beautiful to see... I like the sound of the rain, then scent of fresh dirt... I like the rain.. Just not the clouds........
