Ive been on the same boat before but I now serve on the Student board of Student LIfe, so i am serving on the same board that kicked me out for 2 quarters.
While I dont know which institute you go too, this is generally the pattern. What you have to do first is go see the person that gave you the letter that kicked you out. His title is most likely Associate Dean of students or Judicial Affiars or Student LIfe. One of those would work. Most likely, depending on how you left, they will ask you for an appointment with the judialcal affair board or judicial commitee. After that, you will have to petition for Reinstatement or Readmission.
For more details, contact me. I dont know which college you go to but i would like to help you. Ive been on the same boat and its hard, so, leave me an email or something.

It depends on why you were kicked out. If you were kicked out for academic reasons then I would look at what classes you've taken that may transfer in, they may wipe out the original grade and give you a high enough gpa to just simply be re-admitted.
If you get turned down remember there are other colleges out their. Do the work at your community college and figure out what classes you need to retake. Transfer to a University that you didn't get kicked out of, take a semester of classes their, do well, and then if for some reason your heart really is set on your first college go about trying to transfer back.

Why exactly did you get kicked out in the first place? Assuming it wasn't a legally punishable offense and more than likely academic probation. The letters of recommendation and you current transcript should be more then enough. They'll want your money assuming you pose no risk to their standards of practice. Anyways, almost everyone deserves a second chance.

Go to the college and sit down and speak with them. Tell them what is changed in your life and what u are work on in it, show them u are enrolled in a com. college and let them see your portfolio. Give them a letter that saids your sorry for whatever u did wrong and with the recommendation hope for the best. If U want it work for it dont give up on your dream but if that college will not let u back in go to another university. Dream big reach for it and dont ever give up.

I suggest that you go online and look at the colleges catalogue. All information is included in this reference. Then I would contact the head of admissions and inquire what suggestions they may have. If all else fails consider attending a different university.

well the first thing is what did u get kicked out for? was it something immensly wrong? or was it something small? how long ago was it also? if it was something small an you have had at least 2 years to show your progress then you have a good chance to get back in. let me know how it goes and i wish you the best of luck! :)
