Me and this kid have been buddies for a while. But he is a moron, just looking at him now makes me mad now. No joke. I just quit talking to the kid two days ago. But the idiot calls and says he still wants to be my buddy like nothing is wrong. Whats the best way to get rid of this kid? Do I just tell him to **** off? or just not talk to him? Or, should I try to set him up with another group of friends? I've never been in this situation before, so I thought I'd give this a shot.
He is a big stupid idiot who, frankly, looks like an ape. I just cannot stand his annoying smelly body any longer.

lol...you never know what you actually appreciate unitl it's gone-so tell him you need your space and then go from there. Don't miss the relationship? good for you, you stopped wasting time. miss it? do something about it

It seems unlikely that such strong feelings would suddenly overtake you, so I can't figure why you did not start edging away from him when you first realized he was not your favorite person. Either way, though, you should inflict as little pain as possible. (Some pain is unavoidable.) It would be wonderful if you could set him up with a new set of friends, but even then, I don't think you can avoid telling him that your interests have changed and you are moving on. From there, you could begin to decline converations with him.

lol believe it or not a lot of ppl go through this. i have been through it about 3 times! if you don't handle this VERY carefully you may end up regreting it later. so try and do it in a nice way. with one person i was young and i was flat out mean to her. which i now regret terribly. the next person i simply got a boyfriend and hung out with him so i was always too busy for her and ignored her until she ulitimately left me alone (which took awhile) . and finally the last i ended up i made up something to fight with them about and pretended to be mad and did something to make them mad at me too. so we both mutually quit talking....(which worked out the best) because it didn't hurt their feelings in anyway they just hated me....lol good luck...

Do not break the kids heart.Get some friends for him.Ok think if you were this kid and this person said stay a from me.How would you feel.

do your best to drift apart.
NEVER tell him upfront..."i don't want to be friends anymore. i'm too cool for you" because that causes SO much drama. just give short answers when he talks to you. don't walk up to him, let him walk up to you. but sooner or later he'll get bored of being in a "one way" friendship...and leave. just hang in there. be patient.

make a new friend
and start hanging out with that friend more then normal
and the old friend will get the hint
that he has been replaced

Change your number(if you can't do this, hang up anytime he calls you), make and hang out with new friends, and tell him to leave you alone.
