pregnant again? What do you mean by this?

All that it really means is that you have already been techincally pregnant once so the hormoe levels are high in your system which would support getting pregnant. Basically this means that you are more fertile than someone who has never conceived. The reason that a dr would tell you to wait is for the process of the miscarriage to be completely over and for you to be mentally ready when you start again. Good Luck

It means you are more fertile at that time & have a greater chance of getting pregnant again. This holds true after you give birth as well.

After the miscarriage your body is primed to get fatter with fatty acids and enormous amount of water allowing the body to be swell in all directions

means you are more fertil. just like you are more likely to get pregnant right after you give birth, its the same thing when you m/c.
