They did an autopsy. It just showed that she died of a drug overdose. It could not prove where she got the drugs or if she knew what she was taking.
As for the judge, I think he was crying because he realized that he missed out on being the next Judge Ito.

I think the media circus surrounding her death has proven just how shallow minded and hypnotized by Hollywood the American people have become. It makes me sick to live in a country where people would consider her death worthy for more than just a comment in passing. Stop putting these people on a pedestal!!!
