My neighbours play really loud music all day. That wouldnt concern me, as much as the fact that all there cds are scratched so it skips and stalls and bounces around. Also my husband works night shift so he needs to sleep during the day. We have a baby due in 4 weeks and if they keep going I will really lose it, they also let there pit bulls rome around our yard and they are pretty vicious dogs. What can I do? I dont want to call the police, coz one of them just got out of jail recently for attempted murder, and is a bit scary. We cant move out, coz our lease doesnt run out for another 3 months

They also get into fights all the time, and scream at each other all night, I cant get any peace!

Report this to the cops they may be on drugs or else skip out on the lease and leave forget the deposit money your family's life is worth more than that!

Well, you should talk to your landlord, and see what he suggests, because pitt bulls are bad. If you have a baby due in 4 weeks, that makes it even worse, because they can and will turn on you just like that, so you dont want to risk them getting ahold of your baby. Maybe you should try talking to them, be nice about it, just say i'm really sorry to bother you, but my husband is trying to sleep, would it be possible for you to turn down your music. If it does'nt stop and persists, then yes, you should call the police, and make it a matter. You should not be afraid to take care of your family. Do what you have to do, because when that baby is born, your not going to want to hear that music, not only will it keep the baby awake, but when the baby is sleeping you wont be able to get any rest.

Dude - you should talk to them about your concerns. Play the new baby card and ask if you can at least set some hours when they will try to be quieter. you can't expect them to change completely, but you can try to ask them to take pity on you and regulate a bit. If you don't feel safe doing that, go to your landlord. And if you think someone isin danger, call the cops, and tell them it needs to be anonymous. And look for a new place. your baby won't be hanging out in the backyard for the first two months, but soon enough it will.

Fight fire with fire. Flaming dog poop bags (baby poo, perhaps?) are a bit old school, but hey.
Think about what else would make you want to move, and do the same to them.
Seems to me that if your neighbor did just get out of jail for attempted murder, the police would WANT to be checking up on him. They'd be there the minute you called, and take your problems more seriously because of his past offenses.

Call the police to put in an anonymous complaint. This way, the neighbours won't know who made the complaint, but the situation will be looked into. Good luck!

Now i don't feel so bad for myself ,my neighbor hates when my little 2lbs Chihuahua goes around his yard ,i live on the lake ,we all have big front and back yard's ,but this neighbor lives all by himself ,very lonely man ,old man ,i live in the south ,he's from the north ,pure Yankee,i cant stand him .
Good luck with your neighbor ,don't shake the boat much ,they may get even with you ,if found you call the police .

Tape the noise for a couple of days and then play it back to them when they are trying to sleep. when they come over really mad. Tell them that you guys have been putting up with it forever and if something is not done about it, the tape will play on.

move after 3 months immidiatelly! i feel sad for you.
try to stay indoors all the time from the dogs and you neighbor. keep the doors closed. close the windows from the music and the curtains if u have any so u can't see them

I really feel sorry for you,bless your heart. I think I would just try my best to deal with this until I could move . These sound like bad people to mess with. It is a shame we have to be afraid of idots like this. These kind of peopl;e dont care if they go to jail,they are used to it.
