You DO realize that it's possible to have male friends without having sex with them, don't you?
Harmful? Medically and morally risky for sure. Unfortunately, you won't know if it's harmful until it's too late.

it is not harmful, ofcourse things can happen, and healthproblems might accur, but if you play safe, and dont exaggerate. it would no more so than with M-F relationships.
