why a personal make-up class? What is a personal make-up class?
Why in Singapore?
What is your goal? Just go to your Mall, or hairstylist and have them give you a make over in the make-up that they carry. They wont charge too much, usually nothing if you buy their product.

I dont know any such course in SG.. but i did attend once in Taiwan.. If you need more info abt this can contact me.. I can teach u some basic skill about make up & skin care which i learnt in Taiwan..
