i agree with first guy but in terms of teams. i think phx in the west (dallas and denver good but phx got it all nash playmaker amare inside d and o marion and diaw all round and bell for threes and defence) also utah got something going but i dont think there as good as phx dallas and could beat denver.
and of course spurs got some awsome talent on starting five.
Detroit in the east. no other east team can touch them.

East: C Dwight Howard. PF Chris Bosh. SF LeBron. SG Dwyane Wade. PG Gilbert Arenas
West: C Yao. PF Tim Duncan. SF Shawn Marion. SG Kobe. PG: Nash.
As for actual teams... East: Detroit. cant argue with that. C Webber PF. Wallace. SF Prince. SG Hamilton. PG Billups
West: I can't go with phoenix because their defense is so-so. nash can't defend, bell cant score unless he's open. I want to go with the Spurs, but Bowen has underachieved this year defensively, and their Center position is unstable. I have to go with Dallas with all around good team. Dampier takes care of the boards and blocks, nowitzki shoots, rebounds, all that jazz. josh howard shoots, rebounds, steals, blocks... Their guards are so quick its not even funny and terry shoots off the screen as good as anyone.

east - pistons
west - mavs
please note that the suns 5 are unbelievable in one half of the game and average on the other half, which makes them slightly below the mavs.
