What's the best way to make contact with the copyright holder to obtain permission to upload that piece of music to our wedding website?

Every song has a person who wrote the song. You can get this information by looking at the CD or even Googling the song title.

Look up the plublisher on the music and take the question to the Reference Desk at the library. Or maybe use a search on-line.
