I know, I know. What was I thinking? But I really don't even know myself. I guess I was not even thinking about it at the time. It was a spontaneous, spur-of-the-moment decision, and I sort of did it without even thinking. All I was thinking was "Britney Spears did it, so what is there to think about?" And once I had started doing it I thought WTF am I doing?? But by then it was too late. And now my head looks wierd and I don't know what to tell people when I see them. Because of course if I tell them what I am telling you they are going to think I am crazy. And I guess maybe I am a little considering what I did. But can someone just help me to deal with what I did, or suggest some coping techniques? I don't want to go around thinking I am crazy because I know I am not. I just made a crazy decision.

Get a wig as close to what your hair looked like before and tell people you are trying out a new style. Then call the mental health clinic and make a screening appointment to see if you need help with your compulsive thoughts.

I think you may need to check into rehab too. It will help you to cope and YOU did admit that you go around thinking that you're crazy.... even though you know that you're not.....
